Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Limitless TCI, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility for all of our guests. Please review our updated reservation and cancellation policy below.
Booking Confirmation- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. A valid credit card must be provided to complete the booking process. Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit and credit card details are received and confirmed.
Cancellation by Customer Time of Cancellation Refund Eligibility:
Within 24 hours of booking – No refunds
7+ days before the tour – 100% refund
1 or more days before the tour – No refund.

Cancellation by Limitless TCI
If an excursion is cancelled due to mechanical issues, customers are entitled to a 100% refund if they cannot agree on an alternate date. If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, customers are also entitled to a 100% refund if they cannot reschedule.
4No-Shows, No-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By booking a tour or service with Limitless TCI, you agree to abide by the terms below. Limitless TCI reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit or full payment to confirm.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved local methods.
Your booking is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.
3. Weather & Safety
Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.
For safety, Limitless TCI reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour at any time.
The captain has full authority regarding safety decisions onboard.
4. Participant Responsibility
All guests must follow crew instructions and safety guidelines.
Participants should be in good physical condition and disclose any medical issues in advance.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Liability Waiver
Participation is at your own risk.
Limitless TCI is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
6. Equipment & Damages
All rental equipment (snorkels, rods, etc.) must be returned in good condition.
Guests may be charged for damaged or lost equipment.
